From the moment we arrived the service was excellent, the room. Nice and clean. Decoration of the room was not as standard as in other hotels. The food in the restaurant was very good, But, the management of the restaurant needs improvement. We were waiting for a waitress to approach to us for a long time, while they were standing and talking and not paying attention.
The hotel has a shatel that takes you around Nashville.
Overall it is a very good hotel.
Awesome place. Their food and appetizers are great. We were in town briefly for a comedy show and their complimentary rides in and out of the city were way more comfortable than an uber or lyft. Never had to worry about traffic or anything.. Very nice place with great conveniences..
Gorgeous design. Has a bar, cafe, and restaurant right in the lobby. A whole list of live music programs and a great gym!
Great hotel, staff, amenities, location and they have a Hotel Tesla to take you places in Nashville! Very reasonably priced for the service and amenities! Definitely would stay there again.
Updated review from March 2018:
What happened to Hutton Hotel? This was my favorite hotel in Nashville! It was classy and obvious that there was an emphasis on taking care of the guests.. well this was not the case during my last visit. When we arrived I saw the valet walk inside to the front desk, he never returned to help with our luggage. The renovations to the room are hideous and make the hotel look cheap! Why change from the beautiful previous cream colored, tufted headboard to what looks like giants throw pillows just stuck up against the wall? And what in the world is up with the electric blue silicone hanging lamp? The front desk girl was wearing a T-shirt which looked very unprofessional. This is definitely not the same hotel it used to be.

Wonderful hotel! When we arrived, the valet opened my door, loaded my luggage into the cart, and walked it to the room for us. The room was lovely with a nice view. Simple yet classy decor. The bathroom was beautiful with a modern, well lit vanity and a granite shower with a rainfall shower head. We ordered room service which was delicious, but there are plenty of restaurants located around the hotel. There is a ramp at the hotel entrance for handicap accessibility and the front doors are automatic. All around great experience. We will definitely be returning guests at Hutton Hotel.
After the friendly greeting at the entrance and a superb checkin experience, all I had to decide was whether to give this fancy hotel 4 or 5 stars. Over the course of the 3 days I stayed at the Hutton hotel, I noticed a few things that bothered me. I don't like the community/family style soap, shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. The coffee in the room was weak and cheap. No creamer, just a cheap motel style powdered non dairy creamer. For a hotel of this caliber the guests deserve more attention to details. The restaurant dining room was surrounded by loud video game consoles. A little fine tuning and this can be an exceptional hotel.
Ok, this is a rock star review! Stayed here many times but this time some in our group were upgraded to the Hutton Suite. Wow! It s house sized two story with a full gourmet kitchen, full dining room. Three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The two story living room features a fireplace, grand piano and large modular seating sectional and a huge two story window. The suite is hidden away in an area I had never known existed. The baths feature full wet room showers with soaking tubs. Lots of little touches to make this a homey place for someone that may spend far too much time on the road.
They have recently remodeled the hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. It s more inviting and the restaurant has six or seven awesome free pinball machines. I dig those.
The menu is ok, not great. Staff is very hospitable, though on our check in day computers were down, housekeeping was behind, rooms not available and generally a bit chaotic. That said, staff kept their heads and did their best to help guests through the chaos.
Regular rooms and suites are all also very nice and offer adequate space and comfortable features. Check out the pics and give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.
Beautiful hotel and room. as many others have stated the shower was INCREDIBLE and breakfast was delicious! Not only was the staff very polite and available when their assistance was required, but we found them to be very observant of our needs and wants and we're quick to attend to a lot without having to be asked. Although the hotel was a little too far from downtown or other areas that would be convenient to walk around and explore the city, it isn't too far and is only a quick taxi or Uber ride away from all sorts of attractions.
Beautiful hotel in Midtown Nashville. Very helpful staff. New accommodations are very comfortable. A bit far to walk downtown but not impossible.
I called the hotel tonight and was informed by an employee that the hotel was closed for business, with no idea of when they would be reopening.
