Dr James Pehringer is the best audiologist I have met. He has taken care of my mother and her hearing for many years. I love that he has a PhD as it means to me he went beyond the minimum requirements to be the very best, and he is. He has solved one problem after another for my mother - he is sooo kind and spends all the time necessary to "fix the problem". I cannot recommend him highly enough. Even more than his knowledge of audiology, he is a very, very kind man.

Dr. Jim came to the Glenn regularly .I went to the office for my testing and purchased my Hearing Aids from him. The office experience was good and was looking forward to the "follow up" servicing after my purchase since no outside vendors have been permitted in the facility. No one anticipated the Virus Pandemic but if purchasing hearing aids now I would never purchase "over the ear" aids. I , and others here never wear their "devices" outside their apartment because ,with a mask" they are a " nuisance" and often fall off. Dr. Jim is an excellent representative of his profession and I would not hesitate to recommend others to Hearing Solutions.

Tried to sell me used hearing aid for the price of a new one.very condescending attitude .no I called your office by mistake and that's when you gave me a big sell. I never went into your office

Great service. Matched me with the perfect aids and really listened to my needs and concerns. Was very frustrated working with another company and came for a second opinion spent over an hour with me and sent me home with Aids that were immediately a better match. Incredibly quick and responsive to any questions I ever have.
