The Gavel is a student publication at Boston College that has been producing digital content for the campus since 2009, presenting itself as the progressive student voice of the school. It functions as an online news source for readers at the university.
The critical reviewers on file most commonly point to website layout and speed as weak points. Beyond that, the lowest-rated group still does not include strongly negative feedback, so the only clear complaint is that the layout could be improved and the site can sometimes feel slow to load.
