Customer server here is awesome. There s a guy named Steven that works here and he s super helpful and a joy to talk too and to get all your questions answered. He s super knowledgeable. Everyone else is great here at this games stop as well but Steven definitely stands out. One of the best Games Stops in the Glendale area.

Always pack with gamers and shoppers, but the people work here are very friendly and understand and know about gaming, I can tell they are at least some want passionate about their job. One of the benefit to shop at these locations is if you need help to buy some games for someone else and need advice you can actually ask them and might get a useful answer.

My son was looking for the battery pack cartridge for his controller, when we arrived we were told that they didn't carry them and that they do have rechargeable ones available. Those weren't the ones we were looking for and we told the manager there that, he explained to my son that they didn't sell them but he hooked him up with one free of charge since the consoles they buy from customers sometimes have them missing. I offered to pay for it but he insisted we take it anywho. The smile on my sons face when we were on our way out made my day. I'll be coming back to this GameStop for any future gaming purchases!

So I bring my Wii filled with private information expecting it to be wiped of all its content before being sold again. A few weeks later there are these nutballs giggling like schoolgirls laughing at the names of my families mii's! On youtube! I was extremely annoyed by this. You would expect better service from such a popular chain. Needless to say that day was the grumpiest moment of life.

I had a vintage Nintendo DS Lite (plays game boy cartridges too) shipped to the store for my son. It was packed with extreme care ,the box it came in was huge, very well protected. One of the young sales specialist, Conor was a wealth in knowledge, friendly and helpful for any concern my son had about the device. I appreciate how Gamestop hires people that know the merchandise and games, even if they are young. They are always helpful. Thank you!
By the way, you can set up text alerts to let you track when your merchandise is delivered.

This location has a huge collection of pre-owned titles to chooce from. I always buy pre-owned games because of the full refund or store credit within 7-days. I get to try out the game risk free and if i like it.. i keep it. I never buy new games anymore due to bad business practices from developers like EA, Bioware qnd Activision. Don't spend your hard earn cash on loot boxes, paid dlc and season passes.

Guys be careful and check the policy of this store before you buy anything.
This Game Stop store scammed me several times. I took an unopened game with the receipt to trade for another game and the worker said it had to be opened. so I gave it as a gift to a friend. The next time to make sure that I didn't screw up, I brought another game that was opened with the receipt and they said it had to be sealed. Then I realized that they were scamming people.
