I recently had an artwork piece framed at The Frame Up, and while the service was satisfactory, it didn't exceed my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the framing options, but I felt that the attention to detail could have been better. The final product was decent, but I've seen better craftsmanship elsewhere. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
