Diveheart Foundation, along with their team of trained professionals, provides confidence and self esteem building adaptive scuba experiences to individuals of all disabilities!

As a donor to Diveheart I can tell you I have seen first hand how the trained volunteers and staff of this non-profit organization seek to give participants and veterans with disabilities opportunities to fill their lives with hope and activities that help them to live in more fulfilled ways. They are top notch instructors with big hearts full of passion desiring to bring the experience of scuba to all people regardless of abilities. Diveheart is an amazing organization that offers amazing possibilities for those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. As a Recreation Therapist I see the transformation that our participants go through when they emerge from the water after a dive. They are realizing all that they can do! I am extremely proud to be part of this organization and help our participants to realize their potential.

Diveheart does amazing work! In a nutshell, they teach those with disabilities (ranging from Cerebral Palsy to PTSD to autism) to scuba dive. All you need to do is watch their YouTube videos and see the reactions of the people they help. Watching the reactions of people with severe disabilities experience the freedom of movement they get underwater will bring you to tears. Jim Elliott and his Team and many dedicated volunteers give so many people this amazing experience. Love their mission! Admire their results. Appreciate their dedication to helping others. Very worthy organization!
