Sent me an unsolicited text message with no phone number attached, just a zoom link. Said they saw my resume online and wanted to offer me a job interview. My resume clearly states that I am a substance abuse counselor. It also states that I am a convicted felon, which gives me unique insight into the SA population s challenges. I am not even legally allowed to sell insurance, and why would I anyway? SMH.

Lies to get your foot in the door, fear mongering to get people to buy the product. Unpaid training. Drive your own car around all day hundreds of miles with no guarantee to make any money. They give you a few "leads" they expect you to nag people to give out their family's and friends into four more leads. They say you are your own boss but they expect you to work every dam day all day and give you grief if you don't. Collection letters to pay back the little money you schemed out of people after you quit. Smoke and mirrors.

I'm very impressed with this company and their logic. It makes sense not only by how they present it, but in comparison to other pitches I've had for other jobs commissions based in pay.
I appreciate their pay structure as well as a true desire to bring people up in the world.

If you actually take the time to do your homework...you'll see American Income was recently ranked the "24th Happiest Company To Work For In 2018" by Forbes magazine. AIL was founded in 1951 and has had 7% growth or better the last 5 years in a row. In 2017 alone, AIL paid out $200M in claims to our policyholders. Rated A+ Superior by A.M. Best for claims paying ability, operating performance and overall financial strength. In March of 2018 alone, AIL paid out $4.2M in just bonuses to their associates. That's the Company I work for.

Came back m for an interview and the process was no traditional but we'll explained. I went through the first interview which was very brief and then sat in a company overview. At first this was strange to me but after I was very happy it was done this way so I had a full understanding of what would be required of me. By the test I received the call for the one on one interview I had thought of a ton of more questions. I went in and had my interview and was very pleased with the experience. This opportunity was great but is not the right fit for me at this time but I'm excited to know that opportunities like this exist!

Beth Smith did a good job of explaining the policy, via Zoom, today.

Had an interview with Brian Lawman today and quickly realized that this company is a pyramid scheme. He is a pleasant, younger gentleman that might not realize what he has himself caught up in.

He explained (from memory) that they sell insurance. When I asked for more details he would not answer my questions (specifically about turnover of workers), and instead encouraged me to go to the group interview that will explain everything.

On my way out a man from the building asked me in the elevator: Did you interview for the scam company?

Christina LaCoursiere with american income- was an absolute pleasure to work with, great sense of humor. Made buying life insurance feel less like a responsibility and more like an hour at the comedy club. Can't say enough good things, will be referring friends and family

Troy was very friendly, his knowledge and explanations of the program were appreciated. Glad to have the opportunity to work away him.

I recently went through the interview process at The Deley Group and I feel my positive experience need to be shared by this review. Admittedly, I was fairly nervous before the interview but on arrival I was soon calmed by the warm welcoming of those at The Deley Group. I very much enjoyed the whole interview process and all around my time with those at the company. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and kind words!

I would avoid this company. Just another pyramid scheme. Lots of red flags. I found that the interviewer was fidgeting when I asked about all the negative reviews online. He had no good answer for all the comments about pyramids, demands to pay back of commissions. This is not worth your time. Run the other way. I ended the interview after 15 minutes. I felt like they were all disingenuous.

Had the honored pleasure of being selected for an interview with this company. The welcoming reception was so unexpected. I was enthralled and open for anything that was going to be offered. Unfortunately I was not selected, but I am so grateful to have been considered. I've since learned of the impact that American Income Life has on many people and now understand why. The atmosphere of family and genuine politeness goes a far way.

I've never had a more soul fulfilling job in my life. It makes my heart feel good knowing I get to be there for people during a very difficult time in their lives in a significant way. My mother struggled after my father passed away and it's my job to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to them.
