I have rented a crocodile bicycle with a couple of friends and had a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

They were closed, even though it said they were open online. Walked all that way for nothing

Outrageously extreme shakes/Ice cream creations for $15. Better have an empty stomach on arrival.

It hard to not visit a place with the most legendary milkshakes I have ever seen! I am gluten and dairy free and I was made the most delicious shake I have ever had! Its a meal in itself so make sure you go hungry. Next time I will give the four-seater bikes a go up and down the waterfront

I tried the unicorn crochet shake kids live it. and they also have vegan ice cream

The bikes are a little harder than you expect them to be, but some relaxing fun! Their Croc shakes are a specialty you gotta try.. But be warned, they are sickening!

One of the places in Wellington that makes the city so unique. Crocshake serves a delicious variety of ice creams and the shop itself is appealing with vibrant colours.

The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful. Great way to see the waterfront quickly if you don't have much time

Paid $8.50 for a shake. It tasted OK but took 20 minutes. Staff member was friendly but i would not have ordered it if I knew it was going to take 20 minutes

Being a wellingtonian I just went on this ride after new years this year and my best friend and I loved it

A bit overpriced but it's a great attraction and it's awesome if you have kids cause they can pedal while you relax on the bike haha

If you got kids with you or you want to see the harbour in a different way then i do recommend you hire these bikes. they can easily fit from 2 to 6 people depending on which bike you actually hire. worth it.

Great fun riding around the waterfront. 30 mins was enough time for us. Have to be careful to avoid other cyclist and pedestrians

AMAZING!!!!!! This place has; food, drinks, freak shakes, rides and even a tiny little puppy that has a little house in the corner! The rides are the best choice for a family activity or just for fun! You can ride around the whole town in your silly little crocodile carriage! Very fun place would recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable people. Great ice cream. Riding from one end of the waterfront to the other and back took us 50 minutes in strong wind.

We didn't hire crocodile bikes but we did have enormous (freak style) shakes which were awesome.

Good quality shake and ice cream ...!! Really liked it ....!! Prize, no too bad....just average...!!

If you haven't already go try their freakshakes! They are amazing! These could be shared but if you have a sweet tooth get one each.

Great scavenger hunt. We did it as a team building and I was kinda dragged along, didn't expect to be fun at all. It was actually super cool, loved it! I found out that I can do handstand push ups, which I never done before. The shakes you get after the challenge are out of this world. Nice and friendly staff and a cute little doggie onsite.

Shakes are super expensive but look fantastic. Service is slow. We waited over 30 mins for our shake. To be fair alot of time and effort does go into them. But we thought that it was slightly over priced and over rated as the shake itself looked class unfortunately it lacked flavour and taste. If we were to return it would be for an ice cream instead. Insane desserts, bring your wallet tho as they aren't cheap but you generally get what you pay for. Friendly staff, however I think the bikes you can hire are a little pricey compared to alternative options available.

Wonderful service and advice. These bikes are great for a fun physical activity for everybody over 3yrs old. Riding the croc bikes in the strong wind is a challenge. The coffee and donuts are yummmm!

So big even 3 of us couldn't finish one! Delicious however

Went here for a scavenger hunt (team building) it was very fun and the shakes are good.

This is such an enjoyable activity for ANYONE. As a family, it was so much fun, we were laughing and smiling all the way around the waterfront.
My kids loved it, it was such good value for money $16.50 for half an hour of excellent entertainment.

Paid for a full hour and about 40 minutes in we received a call saying we were over the time. We rushed back and returned the bike, the owner then said rudely you had it for too long. I said to him we paid for an hour and he kept cutting me off and didn't want to listen. When he realized he was in the wrong there was no apology or acknowledgment. Effectively they ripped us off because we paid for an hour but we only got it for 40 mins. While the bike itself was fun the service was terrible and it let down the whole experience. I would recommend taking a screenshot on your phone of when you take the bike so that you aren't accused of being over time like my family was. Will not return because of the rude service!

Great fun riding the Croc bike, although, the level of excitement is dependent on who is steering!

Found the hire service to be arrogant and plain rude. We are on holiday and put a dampener on the day.

I have used crocodile bikes a lot of times and have enjoyed it every time. One time we were a couple of minutes into our ride and one of our pedals fell off! We returned it and they didn't ask any questions and gave us a new bike. We liked the good customer service shown there. After the many times I have ridden these bikes, I haven't experienced anything terrible and bad with them so I will continue to use them and I recommend you try them if you are in the wellington region.
