I ended training with The Core and JJ Mazzo reached out to see what they could ve done better. I simply stated it just wasn t something I was interested in because I m not money motivated. He proceeded to tell me I was broke, confused, entitled, and my retirement was screwed all because I wasn t continuing coaching. Let me clarify, this is only my 2nd full year as a full time LO and my ACTUAL coach, Anthony Richard was great. JJ Mazzo wasn t even my coach and it was the first time hearing from him. Maybe JJ should go back to Level 1 and work on his relationship skills. I would NEVER use a Loan Officer with a used car salesman mindset like JJ Mazzo. Chop Wood, Carry Water, buddy

After learning from them, I realized I had been successful by accident and was not doing anything to make my referral business sustainable. I was introduced to The CORE by one of my favorite lenders. I will be forever grateful to her and The CORE. This organization helps teach the systems we need to stay on track and follow where our business is coming from. In one year, my business has almost doubled! The things I have learned have helped with both my personal and professional life. I love that The CORE looks at everything! If you are on the fence, do it! You will not be sorry!

They talk a big game to get your money. All the info they provide is easily obtainable online FREE if you spend some time and look. If you are not satisfied with the service just call your credit card company and have the charges reversed. They can do this up to 6 months after the charge.

I considered real estate coaching with The Core Training in 2014 and traveled to Dallas to attend one of their events. I decided not to apply for coaching at that point, which is probably the biggest professional mistake of my career. Fast forward to 2019, when my small team of 3 was overwhelmed, lacking proper structure, but doing a lot of business without true enjoyment. My wife Jennifer and I looked at each other one day and said simultaneously, "we need The Core." The result was a 60% increase in sales volume and net commission after our first semester, a dramatic improvement in life/work balance, an addition of 2 more team members, and systems that have further improved our productivity and balance. An association with "the best of the best" professionals across the country, many of whom have become close friends. But best of all, a team/office environment that makes going to work an absolute joy in a very emotional and stressful industry. We are enjoying another 30% increase in volume & revenue over 2019, which continues to improve. Being coached by coaches who are active, high producing professionals that hold you accountable - that is what we needed and I feel makes The Core superior over tired, repetitive coaching programs. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with The Core Training.

1. A real coach guides you and tells you how to improve, not only when you beg for help. I lost all respect for the CORE.

2. All the motivation videos Rick Ruby sends about the stock market, etc are ridiculous. I can t believe he wastes people s time like this. Especially, all the cheap materials.

3. Don't expect to learn new skills. This is simply a template on how to structure your day (not worth what they charge).

4. Time was passing, and I didn t feel that they were truly interested in helping. No results, and very financially draining.

5. These scripts provided are really bad. Rick would never post a video of him using the FSBO scripts they have.

6. The video s are never to the point, and are not clearly organized; all 60-90minutes seminars that could be done shortened to 1 minute.

7. The core is in all reality a typical brokerage which means that the brokerages interests come first. Your personal success is only considered if you beg for it. This is why I shame this company.

8. I would never invest in anything but one on one coaching ever again.

9. You can get better value from being at any real estate brokerage.

10. They are very aggressive to get you to sign up. But not aggressive to help you succeed. (Tony Richard was my coach)

11. I deserved and expected a higher level of coaching that is impactful in a positive way.

12. During the core I had to lose a lot of business and learn through my own painful mistakes. I would prefer to learn from others mistakes, which is why the program can be useless. I don't like it when the coaches can sense what level you are on and purposely withhold information. As a student, I feel disappointed in the coaches for not assessing and helping grow my level. I really feel taken advantage of. This type or dynamic is very frustrating.

13. They fail to take recognition of their downfalls, and wouldn t let me postpone for 30 days, or reimburse me of my hard earned money, Rick Ruby just ignored me.

The Core Training has changed the way I approach the Real Estate business. The systems and structure that my team now has in place as a result of their coaching program has allowed us to serve more clients with a consistent, concierge experience.
