Never met a worst group of unprofessional people in my life. Like the only reason I have to call them is they are who the owner i rent from chose as their property management company. I always pay my rent a week ahead of time and never call them unless there is a problem and even when there is a problem i dread calling them. So much that sometimes I ignore problems in the complex because its such an unpleasant experience to have to call them. I am only writing this review because it's not just the receptionist, its her, its the quick to respond young man you likes to cut you off and finish your sentience for you, its also the women you they will transfer you to when and if you so kindly ask for their supervisor. So after my last call to inform them of vandalism once again in the complex, and was flat out told that Modesto is becoming very crime infested and there was little they could do to stop it. I was also encouraged to simply call the police not to mention the lousy security service that they also say we can call lol when you call him after 8 pm hes sleep 90% of the time so basically its a loose loose dealing with the Cooper Company. & there is no response needed its just a bunch of B.S anyway.

Doesn't return calls in a timely responsive manner, rather then them reaching out, it is like pulling teeth with them. The individual that represents our previous landlord, is never in the office or on leave, now only reachable via email. Don't bother going to this office, you'll waste your time.

The owner Bob really takes pride in the work his company does. I ve worked with the Cooper company for years and they are much better than the large management companies like FSR.
