I wish management would properly screen the new hires. The managers seem to hire people based on a whim. Many incompetent employees were able to join this company, and they do nothing but make everything in the workplace more difficult than they really are. At the least, management should provide proper orientation and enough training, so the newbies would stop ruining things.

You will work with a lot of incompetent people here because of their easy hiring process. They are not really screening people as to their qualifications. If you are skilled and talented person you will be frustrated here. But if you have little to no experience at all you will be happy here but just for a moment because once you get hired, you will be stuck here. It will be a dead-end for your career because you will be stagnant doing the same thing repeatedly. There is no career growth here.

This company is decent. But management hires too many people and a lot of the new employees are clueless about their jobs. I wish management made proper screening first during the recruitment process or at least conduct training sessions for the new employees. This would've helped avoid the constant inefficiencies in the workplace.

Employees here are made to work more than they should. Management forces employees to work for very long hours and work on tasks that they shouldn't be doing. The workload is more than twice the worth of pay the company will give you. Work somewhere else if you can.

There is an obvious bullying, favoritism and lack of honesty within the company. I know it can be scary to stand up for yourself or have a good communication with others, but if this continues, nothing will ever improve, and this company will continue to get the negative attention. Keeping your head down will only work for so long.

I never worked for this company. My company provided some work for them where Buffalo required names and emails of employees who would be charging to the contract. Now I'm getting emails from employee benefit sites that Buffalo has sent our email addresses to - as if I were one of their employees! Nice to see how much care they show with PII that they've obtained in the course of their contracts. Of course when I call them, there's no answer.

Since beginning at The Buffalo Group I've been able to find such joy in going into work. Co-workers are always willing to give a helping hand. Management is very attentive, respectful, and responsive to employee s needs. Very low turnover rate which shows our customers great team cohesion. Great perks and benefit package. Highly recommend to others looking to come on board.

Although I never worked for Buffalo Group LLC, I was given a phone interview. 15 minutes after the scheduled interview time, I assumed they weren't going to call. The Interviewer later contacted the Recruiter telling him I was a no show. This may not be your experience, but it raised enough red flags for me to not accept the rescheduled interview.

Management has no clue what they are doing. What they are proving every day is their incompetence and arrogance. Working at this company means tolerating nepotism every day. They promote only those people they like and don't care how deserving employees would feel. I can only recommend everybody who is thinking of joining this company, to think twice.

I've been with this company for a few years. TBG is attempting to take on large wins without extensive experience. They convince people to join the company to show the government they can handle a contract. Once they win the task, they just systematically lay off those highly paid employees without warning and regardless of the amount of time hired. They implement questionable security practices and should be considered for audit by the GAO and Defense security services and DOL. Don't get lured in.
