Love this place. It s clean and the staff that work there are very friendly. The TV s a big plus! 40 minutes goes by so fast. I found this place on Living Social. I m so glad I did. I feel that health benefits immediately. I bought a package and will be coming once a week for the near future. My skin feels like I just had a facial. Going back today!

The Body Lab is a fantastic place to place to relax, sweat, detox and watch Netflix or listen to music! Love the staff, they are super nice. Love the peppermint towelettes to cool down after sweating. Even during summer, it's totally worth the experience everytime!

Great spot to sweat your stress away. Clean, private, with all the amenities you could possibly need.

Not very clean and the bathroom was out of toilet paper. Front desk gal was helpful and happy to serve.

LOVE this place. 40 minute sessions at a reasonable $20 and they offer memberships with discounted prices. The place was clean and the employee was knowledgeable.

I did the orange setting and I genuinely felt a mental and physical improvement; hence why I signed up for the Silver membership. The option of getting my sessions in after work, they close at 7 pm every night, was a huge plus. I m not a person who naturally sweats a lot so I wiped down with one of the cold towels after my session and didn t leave feeling disgusted. Overall it was refreshing and I can see why my boyfriend and other people talk so highly about it.

If you haven t tried an infrared sauna, give this place a shot.

Really great spot! Super clean, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you love a long dry sauna this is the place for you. I did the 45min and it s pretty intense, opening the door every once in awhile was needed but you re still able to keep core body temp up. The cold essential oil washcloths are also heavenly. Next time I want to do the salt sauna and they are going to be getting a cold room too . Can t wait to go back.
