Fantastic!! I would definitely repeat, take care of the details and attention. The breakfast very good, the location excellent, in short a very good choice. And I do not want to stop mentioning Alessandro, the day receptionist, as he helped us a lot to guide us as well as his good level of Spanish.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at this hotel. The location is perfect! The maggio room was beautiful with views of the canal. Our stay was made special by Kamal. Kamal greeted us and remembered us from emails exchanged prior. He was beyond attentive and made our last night very special as he set up the terrace with cocktails and snacks. We will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the most lovely, real Venician style hotels with the most caring and friendly staff ever!!!!! Ad Place worked with our many changes to our stay with a smile. They helped me plan each day to maximize our Venice stay. They treated us so well and even left us a note with suggestions of dinners and adventure ideas. This is by far one of my favorite hotels to ever stay in, mainly because of the amazing staff!!!!!! I will always highly recommend Ad Place!!!!

Beautiful small hotel in the centre of Venice. Fantastic staff - friendly and very helpful! The rooms are fabulous, with rally comfortable beds and plenty of space. We stayed in Novembre on the ground floor, and it was quiet despite there being a footpath right outside. Free, fast wifi included. Breakfast is upstairs on the 1st floor, with a great selection of pastries, juices, Yoghurts, fruit, cheeses etc. We loved our stay here!

A highly recommended hotel in central, unique location in Venice. Right behind the opera, romantically located on canals and small streets. When you open the windows in the morning, you can see the gondoliers driving and singing downstairs. Many sights are within walking distance. The boutique hotel has just ten rooms, two in the attic and eight on the second floor. Each room is cut differently, but the photos on the Internet give a realistic impression. Our room "Maggio" has a four-poster bed, is romantically nicely decorated and has large, almost high-ceilinged windows overlooking the opera and canals. The bathroom is a narrow tube, but still completely sufficient. The breakfast buffet is rich. In the evening, the breakfast room to the lounge / bar, where we were mostly alone with the bartender ;-) Friendly, professional service both at the front desk and otherwise (with a few exceptions). WLAN slow and with dropouts (was possibly due to the flood).

Very nice hotel in the center of Venice. Very friendly staff! Rooms were decorated in Venetian style and clean. Breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Since it is very well located, you can reach within walking distance all tourist highlights in a short time. We can recommend it.

Great boutique hotel with unbeatable location. 7 minutes from San Marco Square. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room with kettle and coffee machine, which I greatly appreciate. All hotels should have it. Bathrobe also available in the bathroom, another point in your favor. Varied and rich breakfast.

Almost a 5 *! hidden away as often in Venice ... the place is full of pretty discoveries. the rooms are very cozy .. a little hotel cocooning .. beautiful decoration .. espresso machine .. spritz offered ... a rooftop terrace and a good breakfast .. Superb location near a vaporetto stop and in the museum district, after no elevator so elderly people or others avoid !!

A beautiful boutique hotel with very nice staff and comfortable rooms. They upgraded my wife and I for free to a junior suite right next to the canals which gave us a front row seat to the gondolas passing by with their amazing songs, the gondoliers here may as well be opera singers! Over all this hotel is probably the most enjoyable I've ever stayed in!

Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Venezia. Dista solo 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco!

Personale cortese e disponibile.
Camere molto belle e arredate in uno stile davvero particolare ed elegante. Suggerisco, se disponibile, la camera superior Maggio.
Hotel consigliato!

The hotel was clean. Room was spacious and has poiler and tea and coffee machine. It is in a very good location within the old Town of Venice and within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful specifically Mr. Massimo who was really nice with a smiling face and very supportive in providing all needed information and important advices of how to wonder around in Venice. Breakfast was tasty and delicious and has many varieties. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Are beautiful cool hip hotel in the heart of Venice. The color schemes are a lot of fun and the staff can't be beat. We were lucky enough or unlucky enough depending on your point of you to be there when the Kanau flooded and it's really cool to see the water come rushing right up to the door

Beautiful hotel decorated in beautifully styled Venetian decor throughout. Well appointed rooms with warm showers and great views out the window to the canal and lagoon below. It's a bit off the main Canal but fairly easy to find as I did late at night in January. A quick wall from the local gondola /ferry stop. Great European styled breakfast and within walking distance to everything! Wonderful and comfortable stay I would definitely stay again.

Thought this hotel was absolutely smashing. Very near all the sights but away from the main hustle and bustle. Really nice, comfy room; fantastic breakfast with a huge selection; really friendly and helpful staff, and we were even offered a bottle of champagne when we left. Highly recommended.

What a lovely hotel. Situated in the heart of Venice, the interior is quirky and fun, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious with a great selection for breakfast. I actually stayed here following a review in the Telegraph and it didn t disappoint. We were upgraded to a room overseeing the canals and were greeted with two glasses of Prosecco and a warm welcome. The staff are a credit to the hotel and were consistently helpful. If we come back to Venice we ll stay here again. Thank you to all at Ad Place - James & Mei

The hotel is fantastic, situated only 5 minutes walk from Saint Marco square, easily accesible and very centric. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the facilities are amazing. I was surprised by their attention to details and willingness to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Everything is brand new and very clean, decorations are great and the room is cozy and welcoming. The bathroom is quite large with its own window, there is a well positioned vanity mirror and a dressing table. I am so happy we booked this hotel and we are having the time of our lives in Venice. Thank you Ad Place.

Close to San Marco Square about 5 minutes walking quiet, I loved this hotel for its cozy atmosphere, its typical Venetian and subtle decor, attentive staff and a buffet breakfast at the Top! To avoid spoiling the prices are very correct, compared to what is done in Venice.

We took a water taxi to our Hotel and though it was a quick ride, it was expensive compared to a shared one and also since the Hotel isn't very far from the train station. It's close to most restaurants, shopping and sightseeing areas. The Hotel itself is a cozy, small one with exceptional reception staff. The best part of our stay here was the bedroom decor, especially the bed. =) But though our bathroom was big, the shower cubicle was a tight squeeze. Overall, enjoyed Venice and our stay in Ad Place Hotel.
