Great family swimming session on a SAT morning. Not too busy.

Nice leisure centre - a wide variety of classes however the gym is fairly small but still usable

Took my 3 year old daughter to the pool here. It's a bit on the cool side in the water but the fact that they can raise the pool floor to 30-50cm in depth makes paddling about a blast for her. To get that extra star, they'd need to make it a lot warmer in there.

Staff are very friendly and nice. The gym equipment is great. The pool is a bit cold haha but otherwise good. It is adjustable for the height as well. There are classes which u can go to throughout the day and are thoroughly enjoyable. Would defo recommend spinning class

Generally clean well cared for except for the girls swimming changing rooms so I was told by my wife!

It's a clean and modern centre. The pool/gym have late and early opening times which is great for people who work 9-5

New member but so far a good range of facilities and classes. Well priced membership package. Some refurb taking place particularly the hall floors, hoping the changing rooms are part of the programme as they are the only things letting my score down!

Machines are regularly out of order in the undersized and under equipped gym

Fantastic facility a short walk from the center of town. Very helpful staff.

7 hours after my swim and still waiting for the swimtag to be docked - regularly super slow finding out swim times. The AZ is a nice place with good facilities and friendly staff but let's sort out the swimtags!

I use this for the weekly oap mobility and balance class.

Excellent pool during family swim times, however, the changing rooms let it down. Very few rooms available with baby changing facilities, and even less with chairs thar you can strap little ones into. Makes it very difficult to take young ones there.

Find it a little cramped in the gym section when I go, limited machinery to use.

Not sure on their pricing. 45mins is same price as 1hr for a badminton court. Plus you lose first 10 mins waiting to get net setup, so really 1hr price is same as 35mins.

It's a great place. Friendly staff, good gym and tonight's Aquafit class was good fun as usual.

They offer a good selection of activities but the administration is absolutely rubbish. Don't call when classes are cancelled and if you enquire about something you never get an answer.

I fundamentally disagree with the fact that places leisure make it very easy to take a membership out and make it harder to cancel one. Having spoken to the General Manager, I get the vibe that they're an organisation that is very much profit oriented and not so bothered with their customers. I think staff should be better trained to make people aware of the cancellation policies. They very much look out for their own self interests!

Friendly staff. Played Badminton and the net was already setup. Only minor annoyance were the wiggly worms on one side of the court, which had obviously made their way in from outside, after a wet night :) Plenty of FREE parking spots. Something odd. I booked 1 court for Badminton online, where it said there were 4 courts available. No idea where the other 3 nets would have been placed, as there were a couple of bouncy castles occupying the other half of the sport hall. We will come back, even if from Chippenham.

My kids love the swimming lessons here other than that it's a good local sports facility

Plenty of parking , welcoming staff, lots of sports on offer including TAGB TAEKWONDO, and shower gel dispenser in the shower should you run out or forget yours

I am very disappointed with the services at the activity zone. I rang countless amount of times to enquire about a life guard course they were holding there and was told they'd get back to me, I rang up a further two times as i hadnt heard back within 2 weeks to get the same answer, a week later and I still haven't heard back from them, very disappointed.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff who know their stuff.
Swim (swimtag available) and take classes (Les Mills body balance and Pilates) here often so membership is really good value for money for me.
Can be tricky to get onto popular classes even with a membership hence 4 stars not 5.

Small but very friendly staff very welcoming would recommend I go to the aqua class very good i am less able then most but feel comfortable going at my pace

Covid secure swimming that is not over crowded and catering for all speeds., easy to book, easy to log in. Just turn up, book in, jump in the pool and away you go.

Great place to get fit. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Amazing little local leisure centre with great facilities. The staff are all wonderful and give a very warm welcoming feel. Would recommend to anyone!

It was good. The only problem is that it is usually packed all of the time. The swimming disco's are great to go to my and BFF since year 2 (we are now in year 6) go there most of the time is we have time.

We take our 11mo baby for the family swim on the weekend. They have a nice selection of toys for the kids but the water could do with being warmer.

Good experience every time; friendly staff, good facilities including pool and gym.

Loved it. Amazing gym including Rowing, punching bag, treadmill and many others. I haven't been to the pool, as I am typically hate swimming.

Did an RPM (spinning) class with friends. For some reason, done in the dark?

Water temperature was nice for once! Could you tell me what it was and will it continue?
