Average food quality, but really bad service.
Also, the price on the menu does not tally with the price shown on the iPad ordering system. When raised regarding this issue, the waitress told that the price is higher on the ordering system due to public holiday, which does not make any sense.

Will NOT recommend this restaurant.

Staff is friendly hence the 2 stars, if not would have rated 1, but the food is really not up to standard. Orders came wrong a few times, not only for our table but also for other tables. Lemongrass drink taste really bland. Would not recommend.

Well, this is the first time I eat curry with Longan fruit and grape fruit all mixed in the curry. Still weird

Good Thai food although the cushion seats in restaurant are badly damage.

However the portion seem to have shrunk compared to previously. Chicken wing and thai ice tea my fave

The coconut ice blend was amazing,food arrived early and still hot.
Beef Pad thai was amazing but the Seafood pad thai had a little issue where the squid was not even chewable. Still a good meal

I wish it was possible to put No stars! Not one! The food delivered was cold and tasteless (Beef Pad Thai).. I couldn t finish it. I called and they offered to send another meal. I declined, as it wouldn t be fair to suffer twice!!

Really horrible experience. Food is ordered through an iPad with which you can see the receipt. But food never came at all. When we ask 3 staff members, none of them bothered to check and nobody seems to know what is going on. Left after 30mins after nobody could tell us if the food is coming at all!!!

Overall it was ok. The best was the appetizer with various dishes. The curry had barely any seafood in it. They also have a system where you order on an iPad. Not my favorite spot, would recommend going to a hawker station instead.

Decent Thai food but great considering its reasonable pricing

Non wow factor dining here. Nothing that will bring you back, but nothing will deter you from going as well. Service is quite slow, they do lots of food delivery which is given priority. Some of the dishes are not served hot but slightly warm. Not that it bothers me though because i find it easier to dine this way.

Decided to get a cool refreshing drink on a hot day. Ordered the Thai cendol which was pretty okay but slightly sweet. Very generous with the condiments of red rubies, jack fruit and cendol green jelly. And order also the classic cendol which was okay as well.

Good place to have a quick cool drink. But not a place where I d sit and savor the ambience as there isn t any. It really is an express sort of dining place.

Soft shell crabs r crappy
Kang kong was very salty
Tomyum soup was less flavourful
Shrimp paste rice was salty
This was by far the worst I ever ate...
And I am not a fussy eater...

Food is good but they focused on food delivery rather than dine in customers. Waited a long time with no service. Better to order from home

Good selection, and the food quality is good. The service could use some improvement, so this is not a place to eat if your in a rush. It has a mix of western dishes (thai) and actual thai food. Overall this is not a bad place to stop.it is easier to appreciate the Thai Express menu if you haven't been to Thailand or haven't eaten at an amazing Thai restaurant yet.

Horrible food and bad service. These people have clearly never eaten real Thai food. My cashew chicken tasted like ketchup and the chicken in the Pad Thai was tough and disgusting.

Food is good. Seriously bad service well you don t get service you order through your the pad on the table. Not one staff member talks to you.
Then you are charged for service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DINNING HERE!
