TextNow’s new call ending behavior is getting incredibly annoying. Every time I try to make an outgoing call, my phone flashes a warning that the action will terminate my current session. It’s happening consistently across all calls now, not just occasionally. A solid one out of five stars.

TextNow needs to step up its customer service game. Simply offering a replacement isn't enough; you need to be proactive in resolving issues. Providing more detailed product information would help reassure users that the service will actually work for them. Overall, the effort to accommodate feels just adequate.

Textnow has resolved the problem and sent an apology. The app works well now; the glitch was actually on my side. Initially, though, I was frustrated because they promised free unlimited calls and texts anywhere, but in reality, it mostly requires Wi-Fi, even after I bought their SIM card. Support can be good, but be prepared to wait 60 to 90 minutes for a live agent. I also had issues with poor audio connection, making it hard to hear even at max volume. Overall, I’d give it two thumbs down.

TextNow device is a total waste of money. I bought it months ago for non-WiFi use, but it has never actually worked. I installed it exactly as instructed, yet it’s been broken from day one.
