The instructors are knowledgeable, fun, and encouraging. The focus on safety is one of the things I love most. The owners are always listening to what members want to see more of, and get classes on the schedule to reflect that. Even during COVID-19 shut downs, they continue to host online classes to keep up fitness and spirit of community.

Went to open gym and had a great time. Lots of different types of people to learn and grow from, everyone was friendly, and owners are nice themselves. Lots of classes offered for different alternative movement disciplines: pole dancing, gymnastics, parkour, break dancing and tricking, trampoline, silks, etc. Specialists here from all. Will be back--heard about this place from friends.

Great place so many fun things to do, has great teachers and classes and friendly community to help when hanging out and trying new things. I get bored of regular gyms, prefer different then normal activities and really enjoy classes, so this movement gym has it all.

It's hard to find the words for how great Lache is. If you're looking for a place to learn aerials with cool people who just want to see you succeed/having fun, this is it! Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and happy to knowledge share on pretty much anything. <3

Beautiful, varied space with friendly instructors. They have static and spinning poles for pole dance, an area for gymnastics, an area for parkour, aerial hops and silks, a huge spring floor, trampolines, and a small space with a barbell for strength training. It's a totally unique place and great for beginners and the experienced alike.

Lache is an all around wonderful gym - great instructors, great equipment, and most of all, the community is unbelievable. The classes strike a great balance between group activities and one-on-one instruction, and the variety of classes offered address everything from flexibility, to conditioning, choreography, and skill building. A joy to work out at!

Lache is amazing. The students and instructors are kind and welcoming of all levels, bodies, and abilities. The instructors are knowledgeable and help you learn safely, encourage you but give you space to work within your limits. Everyone encourages a lively community committee to inclusivity and joy through movement.

My daughter absolutely loves Acro and Play with John! He is so wonderful with the kids. They get to do Ninja courses, work on strength and flexibility, climb the silks and jump on the trampoline! Dimitri is so very nice too and I wish I could fit some of the adult classes into my schedule. The online scheduling system is great, and I love the option to buy class passes/pay for only the classes you can attend.

Lache really is a unique gym. Not only does it offer a wide variety of aerial arts, as well as parkour and trampoline and classes to teach these, but it offers so much more.

Are you interested in learning how to be a contortionist? Do you want to do acroyoga? How about straps? Martial arts tricking? Floorwork? Handstands? All of these have been or are taught here, as well as dozens of other classes.

Classes are available for all levels of experience and all ages and genders. The teachers are knowledgeable, good at conveying their subjects, passionate and fun!

Seasonal showcases offer students the opportunity to display their talents surrounded by their friends and family.

Most importantly, Sonnie and Dimitri have created and supported a community. If you wish, you will not only find a place to work out and learn, but also friends and experiences that you will treasure for a lifetime.

I started coming here a couple weeks ago and have done their pole classes (with Laurie and owner Sonnie). Instruction was solid and I felt very welcomed as a new student. I've also utilized their open studio. The facilities are clean and comfortable with plenty of equipment. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I really enjoy coming to Lache' and am so grateful to have this studio in Austin.

Amazing place where adults (and kids) can be the gymnasts (and more) that they always wished they could be, without all the rules and competition of the childhood gymnastics class you took that you stopped at age 9 because it got too competitive. Trampoline, parkour, handstand, lyra, pole dancing, contortionism? I've yet to find a place that comes close in it's offerings, and the staff and clients are so cool and welcoming.

The instructors are excellent and there is a great sense of community here. You can tell the instructors care about both safety and skills - both super important when training for Aerials and other disciplines. They are professional, supportive, encouraging, and not pushy at all.
