Be prepared to wait. There are only so many tables. But the reason why there is a wait is because the food is excellent and affordable. Get there early to put your name on the wait list.
The service is terrible. The attitude of their waiter is awful.
They do have very delicious noodle. But they always have a very long line and be prepared for that. Also, bring cash with you cause they only accept credit card when you spend 25$ or more

They're are surprisingly few good regional chinese cuisines in San Francisco. This is our go-to. Xi'an style foods, which means get anything with lamb, cumin, or pita. Good noodles too. Quality has slipped a bit but still good.

I recently came here on a Thursday night with a friend. We were fortunate enough to be seated without a wait. While the restaurant did fill up, it was never overly filled as to require a wait to be seated.

This is definitely different than most other Chinese restaurants in the city because it doesn't follow the normal Cantonese flavors. The food and service is pretty good. I like it because it adds great variety to the Chinese food already available in the sunset area.
Very authentic Chinese shanxi noodles. The wait is usually long and you need to sign in in the front desk. My friend and I went on a sat night and the wait was about 20min.
Always get the dry duck wanton egg noodles here! Deliciously greasy, rich and filling. Want to try other items but so hard to order anything else. And service is pretty good too!
The best Xi'an cuisine I had in the Bay Area. The place is a local favorite. Had an incredible bowl of spicy stewed noodles and cool sesame cucumbers. Jam packed full of flavor, this is place is a must. Friendly staff and ambiance is wonderful as well.
