A very good spa! The space is large and accepts children which is good because I wanted to offer a different gift to my goddaughter and she loved it !!! They were very attentive and even offered a snack for the children !!! I loved the hospitality of the Staff and the space itself which is very well decorated and used!

Spa without adequate temperatures, broken buttons. It was said by email that it was resolved on the day, which is not true because we had a couple friend at the close of this. Thermal water???? unfortunately no longer exists, due to the flood. Although and as the name says 'Termas de Monte Real' they should not deceive the consumer. Nice hotel, staff too. Nice restaurant, but very noisy of cuisine. Food nothing special and with an overvalued value. Unfortunately I do not advise.

The hotel's breakfast is quite good and of good quality. The hotel has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Outside there are laser spaces in very pleasant green areas, where you can find a tennis court and a playground, among other things. It's all very pleasant.

I must mention that during the stay there was a storm in the area of the hotel and all the staff were super attentive, I only regret the fact that they did not have a generator, which caused a lack of light for a few hours.
