Bad customer service ever. They just want to get rid of you quickly. Just 2 employees have hung in front of me and 3rd person did not speak to me nicely, so I asked about his manager, to which he replied that I am not going to connect with my manager.

Very moderate that I cannot cancel 1 of my 2 subscriptions free of charge unless I provide proof that I live at a new address. You already have the best proof that I am a paying customer at that address. I find this extremely customer-unfriendly.

Unreliable party that sends customers from the box to the wall. If you still want to purchase a subscription with them, I strongly recommend that you take all telephone calls that you have with them. The next day is in fact denied what has been promised.

The customer service employees are very pleasant. But then things go wrong. They have never succeeded in delivering my ADSL line properly and they are not allowing the mechanic breakdown for the delivery of fiber optics without notice, while I had informed them well in advance about my move.

Very very very poor customer service. 4x connection has simply been terminated without any reason on the part of Telfort, 6x I have been connected to departments that were not the right one and after 1.5 hours the subscription is what I want to cancel and has been incorrectly debited from my account...

i have had kpn tmobile online.
could not provide decent services.
it has been going great since I have counted.
only downsides is that if you want to watch back you have to watch the film in one go.
it does not remember where you left off and you cannot flush to ...
