Each video is marked with a safety level according to factors which people with cognitive disorders are sensitive to.
The videos are simple to follow and designed for on-and-off viewing.
The purpose is to make it easy for family members and nurses to select safe videos which sparks conversations and memories, creates a calming atmosphere, and gives motivation for everyday activities.
Televindu gives the elderly a window to sunsets, animals, traditional cooking, familiar locations and activities which previously consumed their lives.
