Unable to print QR codes based on Infusionsoft code. Claimed they could and I put in the order. They were unable to print based on the code that I provided claiming it was malformed. I gave the code to a different printer (Direct 2 Market Solutions in NC) and they were able to print with the exact same "malformed" code.

When I asked for a refund, they claimed they were not going to provide one as the error was on my part. They did however accept the full payment. I received nothing.

I needed gift cards made for our company and Isaac became my contact. He is wonderful! Very patient and helpful! I had several questions and issues with my files sending at first and he worked with my to make sure the gift cards looked nothing less than perfect!

Great company!
I purchase custom cr80 cards once a year and they have always got it right the first time and delivered on time.

Bought cards in the past and untill today, I thought this was the best card printer around. Today I got my 1000 gift cards and the background which is specd at 96% yellow and 6% cyan (nearly pure yellow) came out lime green. In fact, we have lime greet post-it notes here and it is the same color.

Spoke to "customer service" Josh who said he can "clearly see the cards are a different color than the proof". He can clearly see the difference but he can't reprint them. I didn't demand my money back, I just wanted them reprinted. He can see the difference but when talking to the Plant Manager (who must really know nothing about color calibration) he said it is within spec. Sales manager says the same thing. Wow.

Considering I used to be in charge of color calibration for three professional presses, I think I know what I'm talking about. Considering that I'm the customer, I should be right - not treated like this.

Josh offered me 10% off my next order - like I'd ever order again from them... anyone know a good plastic card printer that understands color calibration and customer service?

Based on these other reviews, 4 years ago was about the last time they were a good company. Avoid please.
