This company is very professional and have excellent communication skills. The agents are very kind and patience and it takes a lot of that for a person to have great experience. They are very helpful and can answer and questions.

Great team of professionals to work with, so far the experience has been good. They have got a swift onboarding process and the recruiters make sure the employee is having a good experience at the workplace. Good for an entry role and decent hourly rate but very few employee benefits.

I've worked for TekWissen for more than a year. The company is an international staffing firm with offices in seven countries. The recruiters do work offshore but support clients all across the United States. Don't be alarmed if the person you're speaking to has an accent.The world is globally connected these days, and these recruiters aren't trying to scam anyone. They are trying to connect talented people with Fortune 500 companies for work opportunities. The organization cares for their contract staff, and wants to ensure the highest level of support is provided to everyone.

I began working with staff at TekWissen since 3/2020 and best decision that ended with full time permanent position with a global company. I would definitely refer my family and friends that are in need of employment. The staff goes over and above to communicate and respond to time sensitive needs for gaining employment. These recruiters are pretty bottom of the barrel. I've requested multiple times to be taken off their list due to their lack of research into candidates and their spray and pray attitude when looking for candidates. They keep calling and offering roles to me that are based on my skills from almost a decade ago. I've asked to be taken off their lists before and got fed up.

Today, I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and the representative stammered and said they were in a meeting. I then requested to be transferred to their supervisor's VM and they refused to do so. I've blocked multiple numbers for them and I've blocked their email domain to stop them from reaching out to me.

Seriously, don't use them to staff a position if you want your company taken seriously. They clearly don't put any real effort into sourcing and vetting candidates. I'd absolutely be weary of the types of candidates they provide for filling a position.

Update:8/10/2021. Received another call today. Asked to be transferred to the supervisor and the agent just hung up on me.

The company has been a good way to get your foot in the door. If I have questions, they are always answered promptly. Everything has been great!

It is a very nice and professional work place where staffs are very communicative, and enthusiastic. They will make your career smoother and better with a positive growth. I am thankful to the team.
