The annual event takes place on September 16th at York Theatre in Vancouver. It features a lineup of speakers who are experts in their respective fields, ranging from technology to art, science to social justice. Each speaker has up to 18 minutes to present their idea or story, which is then shared online for free viewing.
The theme for Tedxeastvan changes every year but always focuses on empowering ideas worth spreading. The event provides an opportunity for attendees to connect with like-minded individuals and engage in meaningful conversations about important issues facing our society today.
