It was quick and efficient. The staff was helpful , professional and pleasant. The service representative who helped me was friendly and courteous, though I wish he would have told me that maintenance was completed and my vehicle was ready. I waited two hours in the waiting room. When I asked if my vehicle was ready, he said yes. Nice, professional, informative guy, but maybe a little distracted.
