The website was easy to navigate, with clear information about their services and a variety of case studies. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiry, and even then, the answers provided were not very detailed. Additionally, the pricing information was not readily available on the website, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the team-building activities mentioned did seem interesting and unique, which is what drew me to the company in the first place. In conclusion, while I appreciated the innovative team-building options, the lack of responsive customer support and transparency on pricing left me with an average impression.
