With over 600 members from the C-suite to young professionals, TeamWomenMN provides a platform for women from various industries including business, corporate, sports, and civic organizations to connect and grow.

Leadership Development Events
Each year we organize 40 leadership development events that cover topics such as communication skills, negotiation tactics, time management strategies, financial planning for entrepreneurs among others. These events provide an opportunity for our members to learn from experts in their fields while also networking with other like-minded individuals.
Mentoring Programs
We believe that mentorship plays an important role in helping young professionals achieve their career goals. That's why we offer several mentoring programs designed specifically for different stages of career development. Our mentors are experienced professionals who provide guidance on everything from job search strategies to work-life balance.
Youth Empowerment Initiatives
