TDM homes

Moved in to our new build Oct 2019. Have voiced concerns re finish and other foibles since day one - have yet to get action from Alex. A major concern we queried 3 weeks ago is sinks not draining and smell from drains - this has turned out to be a problem with the plumbing which manifested into toilets backing up and flooding the house. Anthony (GM) tells me it's an hour fix - yet, we were 6 days without a functioning toilet. Four months after settlement we're still waiting on the gate Gareth promised. I will give a more detailed and updated review in time. We chose the TDM team to build our home in St Kilda Cambridge almost 1 yr ago. Trent in particular was amazing to deal with, always responded and dealt with any concerns along the way in a very accommodating, and professional manner. Couldn't have asked for a better team, from builders, to trades. All trades did an excellent job. One yr on , the house is as sound as ever. Very happy. Thank you TDM.

Terrible company..
Been told house will start in June 2019, we are still waiting. We showed interest in Nov 2018. They lie and don't communicate with us. It's been rather frustrating to say the least.
