In the last six weeks alone, I’ve called five times, dealing with assistants and office staff who just say, “He’ll call you back” or “Looks like we have everything.” Customer service has clearly gone downhill. As of now, it’s been three more months with no updates and no finished taxes. Time to find a new firm.
