Our amazing CEO has built that foundation and created an amazing culture here at TCW.

I have worked for TargetCW for 1 1/2 years and I enjoy coming to work every day. Our companies culture is special and unique because our CEO believes in taking care of his employees, celebrating both work related and personal achievements. We work hard and play hard and it is our motto to be consistent with "good old fashioned customer service". Because the workers are happy, their enthusiasm and care is passed on to the clients so it is a domino effect of positive energy, efficiency and care. We have made the SDBJ's best places to work list for the last 7 consecutive years which is proof that this is just a happy place to be!

TargetCW has been awesome to me so far! The CEO, Samer, is an extremely humble man with great values and vision for this company. My coworkers are always helping me whenever I need their assistance. Everyone in this company is always willing to go above and beyond.

The best place I've ever worked. The CEO really cares about the employees and building them up to their full potential. Always a full kitchen, great atmosphere and employees. MY home away from home and I wouldnt have it any other way!

The culture is something I have never experienced anywhere else! Everyone has a can do attitude and the passion used in their day to day is incredible. I feel like I am supported everyday.

TargetCW is by far the best company that I have had the privilege of being a part of. The culture places people above all else. We are growing fast and very busy but when you work with a team of amazing people for an inspiring CEO that truly cares about people, work doesn't feel like work. As an employee of TargetCW, I can't say enough good things about the company. The atmosphere and team collaboration is top notch. Definitely a company who cares about it's employees, and makes the investment to make sure we're all happy.

Becareful with this company. They ll hire you w out background check approved. You ll quit a full time job like I did , only for them to take it from you. Companies shouldn t hire people in a unprofessional manner. In my opinion. That s backwards!

Just passed my two year mark and still in disbelief in the culture, family and support that you can find within every facet of this company. It's amazing to see your input and ideas being listened to and implemented! You truly feel valued and cared for as a worker, all the way up to the CEO. We receive a lot of perks to balance out the hard work and generous charitable giving to causes that means a lot to us. It really is mind blowing to see how much thought, mindfulness, and intention is placed in everything we do here.
