Tangles Hair Saloon

I love Tangles! Finally found my hair salon! The girls really know what their doing! Fun atmosphere and very professional hair designers! Highly recommend!!!

I come here to get hair cut. They make me look very sexy! I get all the ladies when I come here! They turn me from bum to yum in less than an hour! Highly recommend! Really like that one girl that answers the phone! Very friendly!

I received a cut, full head highlights, toner & style from Jamie. My first time here and the energy was incredible! Joyful, positive, laughing, busy environment yet relaxed. Clean & uncluttered. I'm not sure what pleased me more the outcome or price! Even with a generous tip it was still much less than what I've paid elsewhere in Cincinnati and I'm more pleased with my hair! My daughter, son-in-law & granddaughters already go to Jamie and I'm now a satisfied client! Can't wait to see what she does next!

I have never been disappointed with the work here. I get my hair colored and cut and occasionally styled for special occasions. I usually go to Hayley but have had a couple of the other ladies as well. They are all very friendly and skilled!

They were very kind and were fantastic with my kids. Very affordable as well.

I just got back from my third hair coloring at Tangles and realized I haven't left them a review, but they truly deserve it! I used to color my hair at home because it's cost effective, but I'm also incredibly lazy and would only do it once or twice a year. In early 2018 I had a professional author photoshoot coming up and decided to treat myself. After searching around through websites, reviews, and prices, I decided on Tangles. Not only is it about five minutes from my home, but they were actually the most cost effective option, AND I could set the appointment online, which was both convenient and necessary since it was 3 AM at the time.

Tangles is tucked away in a little shopping strip, but its appearance is deceptive. It's actually quite roomy inside and has a nice studio aesthetic. The stylist I scheduled with, Jamie Reed, was fabulous. I told her what color I wanted, and she let me see the various options and let me know she could make it darker. Jamie was extremely professional and friendly the entire time until it felt like I spoke with an old friend. (And if you'd like to check her work, my profile photo is from the photoshoot. I'd say she did an awesome job!)

Needless to say, at this point I've crawled back to Jamie like a scorned lover twice. She's so fantastic she enables my laziness since I have fun every time I go and end up with beautiful hair by the end of it. Even worse, the receptionist today was awesome and now I have new Netflix recommendations to search for. If only the employees at Tangles had been awful and mean, I could revel in my laziness at home forever.

Do you want nice hair and don't want to take out a second mortgage for it? Try Tangles. Just don't swarm around Jamie because she's mine. Also, if you're like me and have an unreasonable hatred for phones and a reluctance for planning too far ahead, their website appointment setter is fantastic. Their website isn't the best to look at, but like the location, its appearance lies. Setting appointments is easy, and I usually set them the night before and have a few different times to choose from. All their prices are listed there, too! Unlike some hair designers, they don't hide their prices. They don't have to.

Highly, highly recommended.

I've gotten my eyebrows waxed/threaded/plucked at so many placed and NONE of them compare to the quality I always get here! Techs are super quick to seat you and make waxing so easy. They move quickly so that they aren't ripping your face up for 30 minutes but also are super detailed. I always have people asking me where I get my eyebrows done, and for such a good price I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. HANDS DOWN beats the brow bar in Ulta. Me and my friend both had terrible reactions and unnatural irritation and acne after going there (neither of us are allergic to anything) and they were not as cleaned up as when I get mine done at Tangles. Will always reccomend!!!

Tangles is where my stylist works, Jillian does an amazing job and I won't go to anyone else.

Went there for a pixy cut and half way through the haircut the lady had someone else come over to help after she screwed half my hair up and their was no fixing it and the lady at the front had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip
