Tandem hr

This company has put me through some pretty awful things in the last few months. My cobra was through them and it initially started out with them cancelling my coverage incorrectly. Then after weeks of back and forth and little response( and continuing to pay my premiums), I was told that my insurance was re-instated and back dated. I received no new insurance information and since that day I have not received any calls or emails back and have received no new insurance information for the 2 months I needed. I have almost $2,000.00 in medical bills bc of no insurance coverage and they have almost $1,000 of my money in my monthly premiums. That s the financial part, not to mention the time I needed to go to the hospital in that time frame and couldn t because I didn t have insurance coverage. I ve filed a complaint with the board of insurance and board of labor and if things don t happen soon, an attorney will be involved.

The company I ve been employed with uses Tandem HR and initially I had no issues with getting a timely response on questions or issues. However, the last couple of months I have to send multiple emails and wait on hold for extended times to get a response or answer. One phone conversation was with a newer representative, who not fault of his own, couldn t answer my question and gave me a ticket number for me to be contacted by someone who would be able to assist me. Never was contacted, I resolved the issue going through other co-workers. I have waited the auto responses times of at least 48 hours before attempting to contact them again with my questions. Very disappointing and frustrating to have an HR company that doesn t respond.

Very fun yet professional. Laid back and calm. Great people here.

I feel under valued , unheard. Never called a got back it s been a week

tandem has been offline for a week, was told it would be up friday and it wasn't, some people checks where short, some didnt get paid..something about being breached. hopefully its fixed by monday for payday, weven though though managera can get in and do payroll but that ends up wrong also.

Tandem has bought many valuable process and resources to our company, but by far the best has been working with Eric. He has been outstanding! He sets the standards for the human resource world, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Eric!
