This winery is so much more! It is beautiful and comfortable, the staff is friendly and engaging. My husband is not a wine drinker however, he really enjoyed tasting and giving his feed back. The lovely young woman who helped us, Jennifer I believe, was very knowledgeable and put up with my husband s shenanigans with good humor. Thank you for everything we are so looking forward to our next club shipment.
Stopping at Talon Winery on the way to Denver makes for an awesome pit stop. Palisades is a super cool town (make sure to check out its downtown), and the winery is a blast. They offer a huge selection of several brands from a few local winery's for tasting (5 dollar flights, baby!). If you want a great decently priced wine to guzzle after suffering through the I-70 mess to Denver, stop and shop.
Went to the sip and paint today. Staff there is always great just like their wines. It was a fun relaxing day!
Absolutely loved the wine and pairing. Lovely staff. Will be back for the wine and yoga and painting and wine.
We went to this place on our road trip thru to California. We loved that there were three different styles we could try and fell in love with the mulled wine and some of the meads! The place itself is pretty and loved the decor! The employees were amazing and so nice, plus they were super informative about the wines and meads!
I have a great experienced with this place. The people who worked here are excellent!! They have a lot of variety of wines, also I was fascinated with the fruit wine one. I enjoyed the chocolate honey wine (dessert wine) and it s so tasty. They showed us with a paper for all their collections, and we got 6 bottles of wines to go home... they have a great deal too... I really recommended this place, and definitely will come back again when visited Colorado.
Jennifer was a great host. Place is spacious and a ton of options. We'll be back
Delicious wine, we purchased 3 bottles! The chocolate cherry and pomegranate wines were a favorite! We did a $12 tasting with 9 wines. My only complaint is that the lady who was helping us wasn t wearing a mask and we really hoped to do the tasting outside to stay safe. She was definitely none too friendly, but the younger girl working with her was very nice and was wearing a mask.
For Northern Day they had wine tasting and painting a wine glass to take home. It was fun and met great people.
Love the wine. Little confusion about my wine club order. But they got everything straightened out.
