It felt like they were following a generic approach without truly understanding our business. However, the team was professional and delivered the promised results.

Talking Birds Public Relations is an average company. Their communication skills are decent, but not outstanding. The team did a fair job in promoting our company and getting us some media coverage. However, they could have been more proactive in generating positive PR opportunities. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
