I recently had a very underwhelming experience with this company. From the outset, communication was sluggish, making it difficult to establish a clear understanding of my needs. When the products finally arrived, they did not meet the quality I expected, and it felt like I was just another transaction rather than a valued customer. 🚫 The lack of attention to detail and responsiveness really stood out, leaving me frustrated. Will be looking elsewhere next time.
