Hello everyone, I am writing this to urge extreme caution for anyone in the California business or investment ecosystem who might be approached by or currently doing business with Kenes Shangereyev (Kenes Shangerey).

While he currently presents himself in the United States as an entrepreneur and business owner, his actual track record back home paints a completely different picture. This is not a personal grievance, but a matter of public record:

The Debt: By the most conservative estimates, he owes over $5,000,000 USD to dozens of individuals and former partners.

The Legal Status: There are active, official court rulings issued against him back home. He cannot return due to these legal judgments. (Case numbers 7514-25-00-2/14)

The Pattern: Accumulating massive liabilities and defrauding multiple people, he fled the country to California.
