I was not entirely sure what I was getting into buying a new 2017 pontoon boat and trailer built in Grand Rapids, MN, and having it transported to Upstate New York along with an also new 2017 Mercury EFI outboard, sight unseen. Everything arrived in perfect shape! My family and I had a great summer tooling around the Thousand Islands in the St. Lawrence River. Along the way, a couple of minor warranty items arose, and, of course, it was not practical to have work done in Minnesota! Kenny, who I had a pleasant experience with when buying the package, has been remarkably responsive in taking care of the couple of issues that arose. The items were serviced here locally at a dealer of my choice, and I was reimbursed quickly for the cost. I would recommend T&M Marine to anyone who wants a quality pontoon, at the lowest price, and then followed by warranty, service, and phone support that is unmatched all worry free and stress free!

We were vacationing near Grand Rapids (4 hours from home) when the starter on our 2006 Mercury outboard quit. We called around to several area businesses and T&M was the only marina with the part in stock.

We drove to Grand Rapids and they had the part waiting for us. The technician even took a couple minutes to explain a few things about how to install it. We were back on the water within a few hours.

The resort owner where we were staying said most marinas in the area don't stock many parts and they're so busy in the summer that they don't care to be overly courteous. T&M appeared to have a decently stocked parts room and they had the one we needed. They were also friendly and helpful despite how insanely busy they seemed to be. I would recommend them for sure!

On 8-27-19 we purchased a used pontoon from pontoon Kenny at T&M marine in Grand Rapids, MN. This place was a recommendation of a coworker. We gladly made the 6 hour drive to Grand Rapids we then purchased a used pontoon from him. Paying in full for tax title license.

We took our new to us boat out on the water and it had no working fuel gauge or radio and left us the need to get towed in a couple times.

I worked out the kinks and fixed what needed to be fixed. Now after multiple phone calls leading different stories. We never we able to own or put tabs on the boat. We were told due to the first owner has passed away over 11 years ago, but came back to life in 2018 to buy tabs I guess (which was the last tabs put on the boat).

After 10 months of stories we told him he is getting the boat back since I can t own and can t register. Kenny then wanted to do a flat out trade but I decided I do not want to go from 75 to 50hp.

Kenny then got mad at us. I reminded him none of this is my fault in any way. Then he offered a refund for the purchase of just the boat. However what about what about for the insurance, storage, money for putting a working radio and gauges,fuel lines, etc also delivering it six hours back to him with all in all a boat we can not own legally!

Pontoon Kenny then lost his cool and wrote a check slightly larger but still losing in my side. I m glad I can fix and deliver his inventory so it Can go to Canada where titles are not needed. After slamming his check book and calculator then kicked us out. Never have I driven so far and spent so much time to be treated so badly.

Bought a trailer here. Great quality, reasonable price. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great transaction!

Kenny know motors and pontoons and has the best prices around on Merc outboards and value Pontoons.

I have been dealing with these guys for almost 15 years they are 1st class. it's amazing they can do such a great job considering the amount of pontoons they sell ! in case anyone on here noticed the only negative review is on a used boat , if you buy a used boat you take your own chances.

Really? You gotta read this! These guys had a "Scratch & Dent" Pontoon for $10 grand. I thought how can they do this and the "Scratch" was only on the pontoon from the fork lift. It needed a little cleaning but oh my goodness was this ever a deal!!! Don't be afraid to deal with these people because they are the "REAL DEAL"! They even pulled the pontoon to Superior Wis so we saved 3 hours of driving. Excellent people; excellent service!
