They really slow and costumer service could be better its just not that hard

A reviewer that said check-in starts at 5:30 is wrong. I pulled at 5:45 and was told I had to back out and wait until 6. Which forced me to go around the block and end up behind 6 other trucks that got there after me. Thanks so much for that.

If you use Google use Sysco South Florida. I typed in adress and wound up at a gate that was not in use., Big easy backing. Can arrive early nice staging area....other that it's a good warehouse, nothing exceptionally bad or good.

I checked in at guard shack.asked for directions the the night before guard had no idea how to even get to the place where he works lol then the line up was 10 drivers checking in at 8am and and hour to off load 4pallets the bathroom is discussing and then a lumped fee on top of waiting beyond dirty place to del.

takes for ever to unload,there bathroom is disgusting,one of the worst sysco I've been to so far..

Ive delivered to numerous sysco places but this place by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST...6 am apt..dont get in the gate til almost 7 then in the check in room almost another half hour before they even started actually assigning doors...and as im writing this its 955 am and they still arent done with my truck...whats the point of an appointment???

They didn't unload me in a timely manner. I had to switch dock doors because they put me at the wrong door from the beginning. Then the fools didn't tell the others at the new door to unload me.

Actually had a good experience got a door instantly took about 2 hrs to unload and i was gone easy backing only tjing qualcom tried to take me threw the back no entry way make sure u enter on sysco way

Too big wait line in the gate and after for check in ... after u spend 1,5 hour for just checking in u get a door and get unloaded fast ...

Checked in at 6 am and was out by 8:20. Friendly and expeditious. Do not arrive at the gate before 5 am as there is no overnight parking on their property. I would have given it 5 stars but they didn t have a separate ladies room.

If you want to sleep in your truck waiting, I recommend it..jjjjj ...

After 4 years, by mistake i took another load to Sysco Medley FL, i what i saw was the same lazy people working overhere more than 4 hours after check in, bye bye Sysco will not come back again, dirty restroom for the professional drivers, god someone clean that mess

great environment, people, and company to work for. High quality service and products. would definitely recommend anyone to shop and work at this great company. 5 stars!!!!!!!

4 hours to unload.. good luck with check in and they have overnight parking on street

Despite other carriers going in at 05:00, security won t let you in before 06:00.

Disorganized warehouse workers. Seems like they dont know their job.

They alright. .just a little slow checking you in and unloading you...got to have patience

Even with appointment you will be held up at least 4 hours

You can check in at 0300. They will park you on the access road leading to the docks. At 0600 the security guard will direct you to the parking area. Check in, get a door, 3 hrs later done. Very well organized. Everyone is very friendly and professional. There is parking all around block. Doesn't get any better.

One star place is a joke took 12 hours to get unloaded and still cost me over 300 bucks. I was even early for my appointment.

Bad enough when it needs to be handbombed but $155.00 to take off 13 skids of packaging material! Capstone apparently has a licence to steal!

Have u been here? Who's choice is it too have all appts at the same time? That is an unsafe decision. Clean the restroom for Christ sake. If u just passing thru this place like I am, be prepared to stand around waiting

Tremendous delay and they are tremendous despots I arrived here at 8 in the morning and I left almost at 1 in the afternoon there is a security that believes Beyonce has a terrible bad attitude because I have no words with her because she is very badly educated and she is tremendous clueless boto from the office I was claiming my right regarding the time for dam apoitment then conclusion take me very bad opimimiom of the place and I will continue every time I come writing

Night parking is not available inside the facility. You can park on the road (NW 124th St or NW 112th Ave), it's allowed. At the gate check in starts at 5:30 am. Pull your truck to the gate and remain in the right lane. Go to door 42 shipping / receiving office, they open at 6 am. Lumper fee applicable. Night parking is available at Pilot (NW 122nd St) 2 miles away. It takes couple of hours to unload. Washroom was clean in the morning.

I was treated so unfair as an employee i really felt singled out of a group of 4 because of my ethnicity and stereotype of being something I'm not that caused me my job. They are not fair and look out only for their "own "

Try to come on time your appointment/ otherwise / late for my appointment 2.5 hours still there 3 days / tri to denied this place/

you cannot check into this facility until 5:40 a.m. so do not show up an hour early before your appointment or at 3 a.m.they will not check you in until 5:40 a.m. and they will not let you into receiving until 6 a.m. and then you must wait until you are given a dock.

App for delivery at 6 am , one person at the window .
Just checking in it took 2 hours , very slow processing the BOL
Try to be there as early as you can before the app time !!!

Slow very slow. You can check in after 3am but the receiving opens at 6am. probably 1 hour until you check in. and 3-4 hours for delivery. this guys they simply dont care. There is a overnight parking on the streets and 1 restroom

This place where I do not understand is they are very slow even if we pay lumper fee.

There are a lot of great vendors a lot of great samples I would recommend it to anyone in the food industry

This place is a joke should fire and tear down and build a new one with different people that want to work appointment @010:00 and still here after 4 hour waiting and still not got no bills. If I can avoid don't come here at all let them starve.

This place is a dump. Poor management. Slow as molasses on all aspects. And rude!!!! Avoid this place like the plague.

Everyone's good here except the security, they act like they're the FBI they took my license once telling me if I didn't get my pass signed they weren't going to give it back ... they're truly something else. Although the reciever had signed the paper and told me I could leave smh they're also lazy but that's a while different story lol

Very unorganized. Everyone's appointment set for 6am with twice or more trucks than docks available. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach receiving office after check in at guard shack. Employees are courteous but in waiting area for receiving, no trash cans so people leave trash everywhere.

SYSCO is one of the biggest restaurant distributor, high quality products, from fresh produce, fresh & frozen meats, they own many kind of food industries, and represent the best trademarks.

I've been here a few times just last month was the last time maybe I was just having a crap day with the heat and rain and more heat and rain . But I unload my own freight and I don't spend more time than I need to . In and out but traffic on a Friday afternoon here is just worse than other places I think

Lumpers are slow. Long unloading times unless you re running intermodal. First and last time at this receiver.

Grocery dry food , and ref will be there 2-4 hours average ... if they need to break the load you talking a bout 10 hours

Bad customer treatment and bad communication at the entrance

BEEN SITTING FOUR HOURS FOR ONLY 6 pallets!!!! Horrible service!!

Bad odor urine, the only bathroom for the 50+ drivers every day is durty, no toilet paper, trash, the lights in the bathroom dont work. No soap for clean hands, no sanitizer, only paper towels.

Ordered the one day pick-up . Got my order no problem and Glorice the lady taking care of that was great!

The check in process was slow and unloading was even slower. Gate guards are clueless and avoid bathroom. Overnight parking is available and easy to back in door. Avoid place if you can.

They would have nothing if it weren't for us to drive them, we move everything, food, clothes, materials to build their houses, roads, bridges, everything, we transport it.
We just want to be treated with respect, just that

People, trust trust me, this is the worst sysco in Fl, they need to do something about this place, this place is really slow, Drivers, if you want to waste your day, this is the best place to go. they will have you waiting hours to check in, to get a door, to get your paperwork, this place is sucks.

This place is horrible. Warning: if you pay lumper fee, be sure to check sheet in office against what they actually charge you. Workers can't operate a friggin forklift, hit me with it after I was taking a picture of trailer that he damaged. He breaks a case of jalepenos in trailer, tries to say I damaged it. Stupid ass, I didn't load this crap, nor unload at 2 previous drops. He broke it! Then left the trailer full of peppers, said he wasn't cleaning it. So I cleaned it myself leaving it there on their dock.

Take it easy. 2 hours to give me the door and 3 more hours to download. overnight parking is on the street because they don't let you in until they open

The driver's restroom is NEVER cleaned and smells of urine every time I'm there. They don't stock it like they should. I go to this crap hole at least twice per week. The employees (Best Loading Services) have no communication skills when dealing with drivers. They are sitting around more than working. And they are very very SLOW.

Ok unload time 2 hours. Check-in is at 6am not 5am.

For GPS purposes this is 12500 Sysco Way in MIAMI! 3 hours for 112 cases. This place is a cluster...

0 stars. 4.5 hours to unload. Waited an hour just for paperwork after getting green light. The entire staff needs to go to the sysco DC in front royal VA to learn. I was there 2 weeks ago in and out in an hour there.

One of the worst Sysco locations in the entire country. Make sure you have water and food when you come here. It takes forever to get unloaded. I ve been here multiple times and every time it took on average 6-7hrs to get unloaded, no matter if it was 5-6 pallets or full load.
Slow check in process, filthy bathroom and super slow unloading.

Sysco's lumper service is provided by none other than Capstone Logistics. Or should I say, Capstone Mafia. Continuing on its legendary mission to obliterate as much of your time as they can get away with. Five hours of my valuable time was wasted here. An hour and a half of that was for cashing the check and signing the paperwork alone. They charged $375.00 to annihilate half my day. Be prepared to have issues to check in receiving and to check out.

Very slow. Was in tge front of gates at 5.40am for 6am appt, gen in at 6.35 , empty at 9am and 40 more min to get bills (but there was only 1/3 of my trailer loaded). Easy to get to a door. Ones you get a door keep an eye on your trailer , it may be unloaded but they don't call you until paperwork is ready so you just keep cooling an empty trailer an hour or so. You can park on the side of street for a night nobody will wake you up. Shipping and receiving work 6 am to 3 pm

5.5 hrs and counting, missed next load.plz bring a lunch with you

Gate guard didn't come to work so all the trucks just sit here. Not letting anyone in. Waiting for his replacement for hours. Never again

One if worst Sysco in the US. They are unorganized took an hr just to check in. And still waiting to unload 3 hours after scheduled appointment time. Do not come here ever if you can avoid it!
