Their lumper payment procedure needs work. Other then that. About what I expected.

Takes forever to unload

You can be as early as you like for appointments
4am to 12pm Mon to Fri
If you are even 30 minutes late then the late fees stack up quick

Park with the homeless on the streets outside.
When are are checking in at the gate it is best to pull inside the lot and check-in to two different windows

Inside it has a really bad drivers restroom and slow unloading and receiving.

Expect at least 6 hours

Minimum 4 hours if you have one product

Make sure you add extra $$$ just to get unloaded

2 pallets. Done in 20 minutes. Paid. Over an hour later and sorry we aren't ready to release you yet.

100 ROTTEN EGGS....There is no overnight parking. Receiving opens at 4.30Am. Do not come before that..lots of homeless people trailer, tents on streets. Takes forever to check in..if you can avoid the place.
Zero stars...they keep your license at gate till you ready to leave..

Check in fairly fast, docks are well lit up with new led lights, and plenty of room to back into. Lots is trucks and campers parked on Stewart St though, watch out for pedestrians....so far not too bad a place...

45 mins to unload and count 3 pallets of ice cream. 1 hour to Print lumper receipt!

Took 4+ hrs to unload very slow ppl at gate to check you in,out and they charge lumper
Most lumper places usually demage some products and leave them in your trailer

0000stars , zip , zilch ,nada, checked in 5 a.m. appt at 7 a.m. got right in door no problem , 7 hrs later still not empty

This is the most unprofessional worker in this Compny.... very bad peoples they don t respect drivers 5 hrz for unloading

This is the worst place not just for the drivers but for the public who buy the products that come through here been here waiting for over 8 hours for them to unload a 53 ft trailer have seen many rats running in and out of warehouse through a hole near my dock door greasy and piss smelling outside dock very nasty too be letting these people handle the general publics food. Health board should be notified.

I had an appointment at 11:00am checked in @ 7:00 out @10:00

Takes a long time to check in, drivers are REQUIRED to unload their trailers or hire CapStone Lumper Service. Allowed to check in 30 minutes before appt time (Driving onto Sysco Property).

They are not coordinated, trucks in and out. They KEEP your license in the guard shack the whole time. I don't even like that!

Never coming back here again. Very unorganized. What's the point of appointments if they ain't gonna see you till hours later. Docked up went in and their was still pallets blocking my way from previous truck. So I couldn't unload. No more sysco for me that's for sure.workers also act like FUCCEN lobs don't try helping out not even when u have a question

Why are they taking our licenses? I've never been to a shipper that holds your license until you unload. What recourse do I have if there's a shift change and it gets misplaced?

Took 5 hrs to unload. They hold ur drivers license. No overnight parking.

Worst place I've been to in years, rude security and very bad English, confiscated my driver's license until I was unloaded and leaving. 2 hrs 40 min for One pallet,$124.00 for lumper. stay far away from this place! I'd rate this 0 stars but had to rate one to post

Delivered dry load at place. Trucking Entrance on Steward Ave not on christy Ave. Street parking ok on Steward Ave. Empty in 1 hour 30 minutes after checked in. Credit card accept for lumper. Very strict with appointment try to get there early. Restroom available for drivers. All good no complaints.

The guardshack has three windows and you have to go to all three of them just to get a door. Then you got to wait for about 4 hours to get off loaded. Then they call you to the guard shack to make your payment to finish unloading your truck. This place is so unorganized.

Haven't been here in 15yrs it's worse than ever. Everyone in the comments is 100% right rudest ppl ever. The job application here must say are u a rude unhappy person don't worry we will train you to be one.

Horrible,the whole place is very unorganized,the staff is rude,if your a driver they make you wait over 1 hr while they're there just looking at you having side conversations and they will guarantee that you are late to your next destination

Parking available inside facility, quick delivery time. First time delivering and had a good experience.

This is the first facility i have seen so far where after get unloaded, you have to go inside the warehouse and get your papers from behind the dock door where you parked. Staff is no help.

If i can give you a zero i will do.we always make appoitment at 4:30 am and they dont even open the gate untill 5 am. What is the point to make appointment if you cant even work ontime.i hope the ceo of sysco will look into this issue and fire those lazy workers

This place needs to be penalized for taking so much time to unload! When I went inside to ask what was going on....the loader said he didn't know English! They have absolutely no respect for drivers time. The guards are so rude and they give you no directions as to wether you are supposed to wait in your truck or what?!? Everyone working here seems to have a bad attitude. I hope oida or some kinda union can be involved to look into their business practices. They penalise drivers for coming in 30 minutes late...but what about their employees who can't even speak English? Who penalises that?!? Who will penalise them for making drivers wait or taking 8 hours or more to just unload !?!

First time here. A bit confusing at first but not to terribly bad. Lady in dispatch was nice enough to explain things in regards to how they proceed with the pandemic now. Got a door right away and unloaded in less than an hour. However not naive enough to believe this will happen everytime. Just be patient even if you want to snatch them up for taking to long.

Slow and arrogant people. And they will hold your driver license at the gate until you are in for the delivery, who the heck they think they are?

Can t believe it took me to unload 1 pallet for 15 minutes... guy helped me very friendly guy..

I just can't find anything good to say at this time. I just can't do it. My time is just as important as theirs. However they don't care about your time. Update be sure to check your trailer, they left two (2) pallets on my trailer. I found out a day later.

Sysco is ok, but their lumber service which is separate from Sysco, is unorganized....Appt at 0800, its 12:23 and they just start unloading, pathetic...Syco getting bad representation from this outfit.. someone in management needs to go talk to them.....Waiting for frozen pond water to melt... Plus they take your drivers licences, and dont give it back until you check out back at front guard shack, this is not right, I shouldn't have to give my license to anyone to keep..That's how forgery can happen....Worst system ever.....O ya that's right, sanctuary city staus....

Avoid this place...appointment was at 7am it is now 2pm I am still in the door

Very bad place for drivers. I entered 7:30 am and check out at 3:45 pm and they also charge you $50 per 30 mins if you are late to your appointment

Ironically, I got in and out of here in under an hour. The 1 star rating is for a few different reasons. First, you are required to give the check in people your ID and they hold it until you are finished. I do not trust some gate guard, who barely speaks English, to have my license in their possession. They do not have lines painted to guide you into the bays. Do not assume you are straight just because you seem to be lined up to the guy next to you. The big thing is their lumper fees. It cost $124 to lump 3 pallets. That is a scam.

Worst place for OTR-D delivery... no signs, hard to find ENTRANCE, no bulk pen parking, only tight street parking. Inconvenient entrance-gate point. ENTER THE GATE ONLY HEAD UP TO Boyce RD .... other way its a tight blind side turn -you gonna hit other trucks parked on the street !!!!!! 300$ reschedule fee, 100$ one hour late fee.

My appointment was 7 am it s 2:45pm now and they still didn t finish unloading me. Drivers! Avoid this place if you value your time

Ok they seem to have changed check in for drivers. The gate is now on Stewart and you can check in starting at 0400. Pull into yard park on the left of the gate then check in at the gate.

Checked in 1 hour before appointment, got a door 1 45 minutes after my appointment lost a reload because of this place . Stay away if you can.....

Be prepared to wait awhile. Getting through the gate is usually the longest step. Be patient and courteous to the gals at the gate and they will get you in quick

My appointment 7am and they give me a door 10am ... And they unloading for 10 hours ... Too slow and bad place ...Never come here you come here waste the time ...inside the receiving guys very rude and cell phone number is wrong.. Don't be come here very bad place and bad guys working inside ... Very bad place they don't respect drivers...

Get a call for a door thats not ready, call and they tell me go to the guardshack because their phones dont work. Wait 30 minutes head there to be told I have to walk back and talk to a supervisor. Supervisor quickly got me a new door and unloaded started seconds after parking. He was great.

Plan to lose your next load for the day in which you deliver at this place... So if you can, double charge them.... Do not take delivery appointment later than 7 a.m., Cuz you're going to be there minimum 4 hours..... If you change your delivery appointment they still going to charge you 300 for being late.....
With the ELD law This must stop !!!!

Be prepared to sent long hours waiting for a door and to get unloaded. My appointment was at 6:30 am and I got door at 9:30. By the time it was set and done, it was almost 9 whole hours. If you do not have more than 10 hours on your e-log, then this is a major issue.Because the weight stations are at the next exits and no truck stops for over 60 miles.

If i could give this damn place zero stars i would. We had an appointment at 7:00am Didnt get unloaded until 5:00pm, causing me to be late for my next pick up. Sysco's excuse was they have no room for the load. Tim oden is the supervisor here. Obviously him and Sysco of fremont Ca. dont care how many horrible reviews this place gets. Will never haul a load to this Sysco in fremont California again.

if it was possible I would put -5 stars. Best not to go there because your whole day will be ruined. Had a 7am appointment and they took more than 5 hours unloading me. If you come here plan to do your 10hr reset while they unload it is very possible

Truck entrance off Christy st.
Park on road and check in with guard shack. Limited street parking because its full of trucks. Some parking around the block also.
Taco truck out front is excellent.
Took 7 hours after my appointment to unload me.
Old white haired guard with glasses is one of the rudest people ive ever met.

The people at the guard shack were some of the rudest people I've ever met. Been in a dock 3 hours and they haven't even started off loading me. $204 to offload 30 minutes worth of freight. One of the worst places I've ever been

It went well. 12 pallets off easy, 400 cans with breakdown $184.

I don't know what the huge fuss was about. Checked in at the gate with ease and the guard was a cool dude. Backed into my door right away and paid my lumper. Took them 1.5 hours to unload and count. This is the fastest Sysco i have been to out of the hundreds i have delivered to. Worst one is Denver lol 5 hrs for 3 pallets. The roach coach parks outside the fence and has delicious food around noon!!

I had a delivery my appointment time was 9:00 am.i checked in 8:00 clock security guard call for door 9:30 and then got unloaded 3:00 pm very slow company.

I put one star because theres no negative zero....El peor lugar del mundo. People in here give you the worst attitude ever....they dont explain anything and even if you are here early they charge you a fee and say you are late. Totally disrespectfull place...you can write an entire bible of the bad service in here with the truckers.
