Great place, unloading service was great, the capstone receiving clerks you check in with are two of the best I ve ever encountered, their customer service skills are phenomenal, very friendly, helpful and kind. This kind of service needs to be recognized. Quick and efficient, in and out within an hour of checking in. Overall great experience at this warehouse.

Big beautiful place. Plenty of parking. Plenty of room. Capstone needs a lot of work. At the door 5 hours

Arrived 130pm the day before for 5am appt. Went to guard shack.. He was nice when he told me there was no more receiving, which I knew but want sure the process. He explained where to park when to come back and let me in to do a u-turn. Bathroom's in staging overnight parking area.. Plus a dumpster if you need it. Went back up at 440am given door right away. Receiving is by door 1.. Big sign can't miss, but when inside look to the ceiling for the sign, it's kinda hidden. The lady in the office was nice, explained the process in a pleasant way. Was unloaded, 5 pallets, in about hour and a half. Pay lumper on phone. Once paid go in and paperwork is ready. Let you park in staging area after appointment as well. Definitely one of the better places to deliver.

Sysco is absolutely huge and they stop receiving at 10am without telling the drivers bringing in product!! Had to hold product for 4days thanks to appointments.. NEVER again Sysco,Wal-Mart, Publix.. Good luck

This is best sysco ever delivery nice people and nice place. My appointment was 6 am I get there 5 am they finished 6 10 am this best Sysco so far

I checked in with recieving. She says they use the elwctronic system foe lumper fee. My company has a limit of a check i can write. She just says they don't take paper chexks. You can't pay twice online. All she aays is I have to work it out with my company? Its not my company's system, its yours. My company has nothong to do with your system. You should have something in place in caae this happens.
