Helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable about all the equipment sold. I've never had any issues with them, as there customer service is ridiculous good. They call you after an online purchase, to ensure that your experience was top notch.

Second to none customer service. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Their motto is "do the right thing" and they don't do anything less. The music store pretty much has any piece of gear you can think of. The staff is all extremely knowledgable.

Absolutely, 5 stars. Chuck has built an awesome facility and family of employees. Our Audio Production Company (JWillProductions) uses this company for all of it's major and middle of the road orders. Staff, technicians, and customer service is by far the best around the world.

This is false advertisement . it said "$55 per month for 24 month, but with feed charge end up paid $55+$21=$76 per month. BEWARE OF THE FASLE ADVERT...

What a fabulous, fun time! Sweetwater staff go beyond helpful. They are knowledgeable, courteous and entertaining to boot. Even the cleanup personnel wanted to be sure we were having a good time and finding what we needed.

The customer service of Sweetwater is just superb. I purchased a keyboard and some software here, and two months later I am still receiving support. This is possibly the greatest online and in-store shopping experience I have had.

We had a staff retreat here in one of the confer nice rooms. It s a great place to host meetings, groups, and more! Love the facility. They have everything you need/want in the way of a cafe and cafeteria. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
