My contacts have been very attentive, the design team are also very proactive to help us ensure the highest quality of new products. If I have one minor nag it is that the car parking can be a bit tricky if arriving later in the morning.
Be extra cautious if you plan to approach this company, particularly if you are a small business. They spent months trying to source a simple piece of equipment, despite promising to do it in 2 weeks, and eventually said that it does not exist. Freelancer I hired after wasting all the time with STI found it in 2 days. I complained to the management and was explained how disappointed they are in me as a client. I was told that facts I stated in my complaint are all made up to cover my own shortcomings. I made a substantial upfront payment and as deliverables received a number of weekly reports stating they are making good progress.
