Was visiting Durban from out of country and had such a great experience at this shop. Went in for a rashguard and some wax but all the staff went above and beyond to give us information about surf in the Durban area and tips for our upcoming trip north. Had a couple dings fixed and the guy did a great job- even let me watch and learn from him. Great prices, awesome selection on used boards.

surf hq is an amazing shop with such friendly and willing to help staff, with all their board selections and accesories i think this is the place to go to, it was an amazing experiance meeting the owner who is a big time surfer and having luke to help my mom and i find what we needed, i higly recommend this store if you looking for anything to do with surfing,bodyboarding and even the conditions

I went in there with a very low budget for a body board and a rash vest.
I left there spending even less then if I bought the cheapest board and vest from Mr Price Sport.
