I just looooove working with Jessica Mulder! She even helped me though it wasn't time for her to clock in yet. Her customer service skills are superb and so are her problem solving skills. She is a joy to work with and her personality is so bubbly and inviting! SHE IS AWESOME!!!
This company ATS (Sureway Transportation) does not pay carriers for their job. We can't get paid for the load we delivered a while ago. We are in claim process with them now. Customers and carriers be aware!
We are working with Jessica Mulder on a weekly basis on multiple lines. She is very professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and understandable when it comes to the communications and loads.
IF LOGISTICS HAD MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER, THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY BAD DAYS. Simply she is the BEST OF THE BEST.
Thank you Jessica
Daniel Parker and Venessa Parker (NWA) have provided and continue to provide TOP notch service for me all around the country. 10 stars!
