Decent place to work. Some issues but the they are being addressed

They are not precise about faxing ur information. Was told to fax power of attorney papers in, never was told the right number. So I faxed it to the timesheet number. Now I will not be paid going on two month's . I guess this how they show u the can hold ur pay. Even if u get them the papers by 4:00 Tuesday :((

Has been a nice place to work since I've been with them

This place is the worst. If you look at the reviews my worker said she never heard of them. Likely fired. My worker fired for attending a funeral. They say they will contact people for outages but always call the same day and say they have no one. In past 3 weeks , with scheduled services Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. I actually only recieved services 1day. Supposed to do the next day. On that day was scheduled, pre paid errands. Received call on day and advised she canceled. Vacuum cleaner broken, pass key in her possession, and 70 dollars in groceries. Company advising no responsibility for damage.

You will not get services...but you will become efficient in leaving voicemails.

What i don't like is how is every supervisor phones are always full and you can't reach them this is not rite. And I work here I've been calling all day and Alex voice mail is full. Who's answering the main phone what if Clients were trying to get through they can't because there's only 1 phone. And no one can get through to that phone. I wish someone will at least pick up.the phone. Or clean their voice mails out. So unorganized this is not good for business

This company is very disorganized!! They give you the run around. They fire ppl for no reason. The owner will be in your face and won t talk to you. The front desk lady at 7425 Harwood Building will lie to your face and tell you Sally (the owner) isn t available even tho you will watch her walk out her office. Then she said: TRY back Tuesday. Run around run around. My mom was unlawfully terminated, she s hourly and had a paycheck ready to go but had not filled out her time sheets. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!? I m glad I don t work for the company, yet I got the run around. I would hate to be an employee!! No one knows nothing at this company!

I have been here for 10 years and I love it. It is a awesome place to work for. We are a caring and sufficient company. The care givers and staff is very caring and hard workers when it comes to caring for our members.
