Superior renovations

I recently had the opportunity to hire a renovation company for my home project, and I came across the website of "Superior renovations". While their name may suggest exceptional service, my experience was quite average. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services, which was helpful. However, the communication from their team was somewhat lacking. I had to constantly follow up for updates and it felt like I was pushing for progress. The quality of work was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfactory. The prices were on the higher side compared to some other options I considered. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They delivered the job, but there was definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness.
