I had high hopes for the solar installation, but the entire process felt disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, and I found myself frequently following up for updates that took longer than expected. The installation itself had some issues that required additional visits, which added to the frustration. Overall, I expected a smoother experience given the investment involved.
