She insisted the report had already been sent and blamed me for not checking my email closely enough, even though I had thoroughly checked my spam and trash folders. To make matters worse, she denied that the January 5 appointment was actually booked. When I asked to speak with a manager, she responded with an arrogant tone, claimed no one else was available, and abruptly hung up on me. For a home inspection and pest control service in Anaheim, that lack of follow-through and poor communication was frustrating.
