Sub-par product. Bought a shed, put it up and a week later, a storm rolls on by and knocks the whole thing off it s base. The shed was a loss. Called customer service about the warranty. They only cover losses if the wind was no more than 65mph! Silly me, maybe I should have been measuring wind speed at mid night in my pajamas during the storm. Will never be buying another product from them again.

I really don't know what you all are talking about. My husband is a union fork lift driver and he is happy with his job. Great pay, benefits and he gets all kinds of OT. Thumbs up from us!

Terrible customer service. Multiple emails to their support center gone unanswered. Tried calling & cannot get through to speak with anyone. Disconnected twice. Automated We re experiencing higher than normal call volume. Call again later . So frustrating!

Very tight to get a 53' trailer in doors... Wouldn't be bad if they didn't have employees parking in shipping /receiving area... Unclear where drivers are to check in at.

I have been trying to reach their customer service department for the last month, but no one will answer the phone. I have also sent in an email inquiry with no response. At one point I was afraid they were out of business, but new information is still being posted to their website. Can someone please contact me?

I have a hide away hose Box from Sun cast that I needed a small part for. Every time I tried to contact them they sent me a link to their website that showed no parts available for this item. Their customer service is terrible no one will talk to you. Don't waste your time purchasing anything from this company they do not stand behind their products

Shelf system for my shed arrived missing screws. Emailed twice with no response--other than the automated "we'll get back to you within 24 hours."
Tried calling--so far haven't been able to talk with anyone :(

Hello!! Does anyone work there!! I assume not consider i have not be able to reach anyone for the past month and a half! Dont not but any Suncast products!!

Bought 7x7 shed from lowes with the wrong hinges. Called for replacements and have yet to recieve. Just a shed with no doors
