Used this company for a number of years, and they gave me a great deal as an ASHI Inspector on their 1028 model prior to certification by the Feds .... nice people, always responsive.
Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Everytime I call, place an order or even calibration of my 1028's the customer service was great. The people I have delt with have been awesome!!!

Customer service is poor at best. Paid for calibration, one month later unit stopped working had to pay for repair and calibration. Sent second unit in, cane back without batteries! Good equipment, but service is bad!!!!! Can t ever talk with anyone.
